Lube MD is a lubricant analysis service offered by Florida Bearings that monitors equipment health by testing its oil, grease, varnish, filtration, chips, and more. This cutting edge service is part of our Machine Reliability Division, which takes a Predictive approach to equipment maintenance whereby we catch the problems before they catch you! That means reducing, if not eliminating, unexpected downtime. It means maximizing the life or your fluids and oils so your machinery keeps running at optimal levels.

Following this procedure on a regular basis will save you more money than you know. The sample can be taken by you or us. The oil is then tested using an Artificial Intelligence software. While the Lube MD testing and analysis system is the best, in the end, it takes human experience to ensure that your test results are valid and accurate. That’s why, with our Lube MD service, a highly experienced member of our team reviews each report to look for unusual results. If anything unusual is found, we will dig deeper to determine the cause and provide recommendations to you for repair.
